As we all know that China is separated al together from the other part of the world in terms of Microsoft Azure. So, if we need to open an Azure account in China then we need to know the below things.
We will see how to create an account in China and what is the main difference between the Azure Global and Azure China.
How to open an account in Azure China?
1. Go to the Microsoft Azure console following this link: https://www.azure.cn/en-us/.
2. Click on Apply on the Page
3. Then choose between Enterprise or Individual
4. Enter the details of the local mobile number for the verifications. The mobile number must be a Chinese number if not we cannot be registered.
5. Once after we verify it then we need to give the local China Address and submit the relevant documents such as.
a. Valid Chinese License
b. Physical presence of the Client to authorize the documents.
c. ICP License
d. Legal entity documents registered with the govt.
e. DNS name, ISP provider, IP Address, Security contact person
6. Finally submit the application and once after the background verifications are all completed then we will get the Azure china account created for Azure.
Note: Azure China accounts are operated by 21 Vianet so there is a form we need to fill on that as well.

How to connect Azure Webapps from Global and China.
If we have a web application in Global and in China, we can use the Azure Traffic Manager and we can link these 2 webapps and then forward the traffic between these 2 regions as long as these 2 websites are accessible via internet.
Also, we can use the Azure DevOps to do the deployments into Azure China region also as we are doing it normally via Global region DevOps.
